Following is the Directory for all battery management info:
/sys/devices/soc0/soc/2100000.aips-bus/21a0000.i2c/i2c-0/0-0055/power_supply/bq27441
| File Name | Purpose | Notes / Possible states |
|---|---|---|
| capacity | Current Charge level | Range for values 1-100, I believe this is battery % |
| capacity_level | Charge level in text | I have only seen “normal” |
| charge_full | How full the battery actually is, when it is full | This is tells you how much your battery has aged |
| charge_full_design | How full the battery was, when it was designed | This is a theoretical value, usually close to what the new battery had |
| charge_now | How full the battery is in this moment | Changes as battery discharges |
| current_now | ?? Current power draw from battery | Changes as device is used, + or - based on draw |
| manufacturer | Who made the battery, TI. | Texas Instruments |
| present | Indicates if the battery is in the device | Mostly pointless in a remarkable, comes from laptops |
| status | Is it charging or discharging | Says Charging / Discharging |
| technology | Battery type, Li-ion | Li-ion |
| temp | Current battery temp | Temperature missing decimal point, 226 means 22.6c |
| type | Tells us that the power source is a battery | Mostly pointless in a remarkable, comes from larger computers |
| uevent | Output from all files | Outputs all files above and their values |
| voltage_now | Current voltage level of battery | Current voltage of battery |
